Associate Professor In the Andriy Meleshevych Kyiv-Mohyla School of Governance. With a deep interest in course design, facilitation and ESP methodology, Alina Karapetian aims at providing classes that are both effective and engaging. Being a trainer for international exams, like IELTS and all Cambridge Exams, she successfully incorporates certain tasks and principles of these exams into the learning processes. Alina Karapetian thrives on challenging tasks, unorthodox approaches to language learning and interdisciplinary courses. In teaching, she adopts a communicative approach and makes effective use of role-plays, debates, case studies and real-life situations, thereby catering to her students’ needs.
