Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Secretary of the Coordination Council for Public Administration Reform (2017 - present). Practices in good governance, public administration and civil service reform. More than 15 years of professional experience in the civil service and the EU Delegation to Ukraine. Responsible for the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Strategy in accordance with the European Principles of Public Administration SIGMA / OECD, including strategic planning and coordination of public policy, civil service, administrative services and administrative procedure.

Administered the largest European Union budget support program for Ukraine - over € 100 million to support public administration reform and managed the EU's EU4PAR technical assistance project on behalf of the Government. She led the Government's Basic Public Administration Survey in accordance with SIGMA / OECD standards. Implemented together with the teams projects on creation of "Ukrainian architecture of reforms", system of coordination of international technical assistance, reform of ministries and creation of policy directorates, introduction of competitive selection for civil service positions, development of category "A" civil servants (state secretaries, CEB heads), creation performance management system and key performance indicators, reform of administrative services and administrative procedure. Responsible for the selection of positions in the directorates of policy of the ministries, SCMU, OPU, NAPS more than 900 specialists in reform, which formed the "backbone" of the civil service in the field of policy analysis.
